Nigerian Singer, Fireboy DML Links Up With English Singer, Ed Sheeran For Remix Of Hit Track, Peru (Video)

Aspiring Nigerian singing sensation, Fireboy DML has teamed up with Grammy-award-winning English singer, Ed Sheeran to produce the premiere hit, Peru.

A few days ago, it was announced that the pair will be teaming up again to remix Fireboy’s Peru – the English singer chatted with Elton John at Rocket Hour on Apple Music 1, where he explained the details of the Fireboy DML remix “Peru “.

The pair were seen together today performing a short acoustic duet of the Nigerian songs. With beaming smiles and sonorous voices, the pair sang together and the moment was captured on camera and has now started touring on social media as fans await the release of the remixed song.

Meanwhile, popular Nigerian singers, Peruzzi and Fireboy DML recently got involved in a FIFA game and decided to bet money on the player who wins the game.

Apparently, Peruzzi beat his colleague, Fireboy DML in the game and ultimately won the bet. However, Fireboy wasn’t too happy with his loss and threw hilarious jabs at Peruzzi.

Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML reminded him of how he made money with his name (Peruzzi) through his trending hit song, Peru.

The punchline of the hit song is “Peru don dey para”, which literally means “Peruzzi has gotten angry”, and the song is currently making waves on the music charts. The humorous exchange was shared by Peruzzi on Twitter and it was tough on many social media users. (Continue reading)
