American rapper and record producer, Kanye West has announced that he will be homeless in a year as he plans to turn his houses into churches.
The 44-year-old rapper, who is worth more than $1.8 billion and owns real estate around the world, including his high-profile ranch in Wyoming, made this revelation in an exclusive interview with culture magazine 032c.
Kanye West said,
“We are under capitalist rule, and it’s killing us. It’s time to change that. I’m going to be homeless in a year. I’m going to turn all the homes I own into churches.
We’re making this orphanage, and it will be a place where anyone can go. It should be like an artist commune. Food should always be available.”
The father of four had previously expressed an interest in ending homelessness in Los Angeles and met with LA Mission CEO, Reverend Troy Vaughn last month when he donated 1,000 meals to the organization.
Meanwhile, Kanye West is pleading with his ex-wife and businesswoman, Kim Kardashian to come back to him.
It is worth recalling that after six years of marriage and four children together, Kim Kardashian is said to have filed for divorce from her husband, Kanye West.
Although the celebrity is said to have a romantic relationship with CNN reporter, Van Jones, Kanye doesn’t seem to care and wants his wife back.
