Adams Oshiomole Suspended as APC Chairman By Court Ruling, APC Reacts.

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who is non other but Adams Oshiomole been suspended by the court.

Justice Danladi Senchi, of  the Federal Central Territory High Court in Jabi, Abuja gave the verdict yesterday being 4th of March.

The judge went on to say that Oshiomhole should and will remain suspended pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his perpetual removal as chairman of the party.

Chief Victor Giadom, acting national secretary of the APC Party, has added stated that the party would adhere and keep to the courier.

Oshiomhole who had been asked to step down pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his removal as the APC chairman had no other option but to adhere to the verdict to which his party members have agreed to respect court order suspending Oshiomhole as the ruling party’s national chairman and this was after Oshiomhole was suspended by the Edo State chapter of the ruling party in the state.

Oluwale Afolabi in his application dated and filed on Thursday, January 16, named Oshiomhole as the first respondent, while the APC is the second respondent.

Afolabi went on to note that Oshiomhole who is currently suspended by the party has not challenged the suspension and cannot continue to function as the party’s chairman.
The governors were said to have sponsored a phoney survey that would establish false information accusing Oshiomhole as the primary cause of the ongoing crisis in Edo state.

Thomas Okosun, former speaker of the state House of Assembly and former spokesman to Governor Godwin Obaseki, John Maiyaki, in a statement in Abuja said that the two southwest governors were working with Governor Obaseki on the plot targeted at gathering alleged false information that would be used to plot the removal of Oshiomhole as the party’s national chairman.
